It is very beautiful BUT the description says it is microwave safe - it is NOT microwave safe. Sparks in a microwave is not good! I was suspicious due to the gold colored edging - I should have known. I would not have ordered had I known. Already trashed the box, so will not return.

Thus is absolutely false information. It is not microwave safe it is dangerous. Put it in the the microwave and it started sparking and popping. Do not buy this product and Amazon should not sell it or they need to change the description of the product.
