It is on top of 4 inch furniture legs with costco steel office drawers. Since ikea doesn't deliver their karlby countertops in my neck of the woods I thought I would try this route.I really like the texture of the artificial wood and it looks great. Haven't finished the home office remodel obviously but I am definitely happy now with it at the start. Feels very sturdy. And now I have a lot more storage for paperwork. The height is about 32 inches give or take.The gromets in the back of the table are great! Really helps with the cable.management. i really like having the curve in the desk as well.I used some ikea cable management and some grippy pads that I attached to the furniture legs to prevent sliding of the desk.If anything comes up I will report back. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Solid replacement for existing top (I already had legs for the table) *by J***S on Reviewed in the United States on April 29, 2020* Firstly, it comes without legs. That is exactly what I wanted, a top ONLY. This top replaced an existing top for an electric stand up desk. Good price as well, other tops seemed to be in the $300 or more. I am not sure why there is a 1 star review that is not viewable. I was able to use the back hole with my own bolts and otherwise used short wood screws to anchor the rest of the top. Time will tell how the laminate holds up, but I'm happy with it.Update 2 years later:This top is still excellent, does not absorb water, lamination has been perfect.
