A: This charger pulls 210watts. A cigarette lighter socket is only 10amps. 10amps x 12v is only 120w. So no you would need an inverter that is connected to a 20amp 12v source or higher.

A: No, just 110v

A: I have a charger CH2100 built Feb 2019 and read input labeled: 120V 60 Hz 210 W.
I have used it with nominal 120 VAC 60Hz and achieved satisfactory charging.

**Q: One of my chargers has a fan the other does not??**
A: Mine had a fan is yours new or a older model
