I spent a long time researching pods as I needed something versatile that wasn't going to break the bank. The cam lock adjustments make this so quick and easy to get the set-up just right for the ground conditions of your peg. I like that it can be fished as a pod system or bankstick style. The finish is very sleek and the branding is minimal and stylish. This is very compact and much shorter than my old pod. The butt ring of my rod sits beyond the bite alarm. With decent butt grippers and the baitrunner on I don't see this being a problem. The carrycase is neat and nicely set out although a little more space for bite alarms and butt rests would have been good. It fits nicely in my barrow bag. A choice of colours for the carry bag would have been a plus - although clearly not a necessity.
