exactly what i needed...but
This is the exact replacement part I needed for my craftsman lawn tractor. It is fine and the installation was pretty easy. My only concern is that it is poorly designed in the first place. Seeing that the long "arm" of this is hollow, it will likely break off again in time like the original one did since it has to lift the entire mower deck. It's not cheap either, but for now, it will do the trick until I can sell the tractor.
