I do a lot of work in remote areas at night and sometimes the backlight on the keyboard comes in handy. This computer does NOT come with that feature although it shows up in the photos. I contacted the seller (Cardinal Pro Electronics) and they are not willing to work with me and continue to tell me it doesn't say there is a backlight on the keyboard.The battery life is nothing to brag about. I get about two hours of work time before having to plug it in. This is also very disappointing as I was hoping to reach around four. I'm not doing anything crazy where it's being taxed, mostly data work in Excel and drafting in Sketchup. I also lose internet connection frequently which I've never had an issue with my Sony on the same network.Overall, it's a fast computer and comfortable to type on. Speakers are okay, not great but not horrible. The screen has good resolution and the size is about right for what I need. The anti-glare is a nice function, especially since I need to wear a headlamp for entering data in the dark now. The power button is in the location of the delete key on all the other laptops I've used - because of the SSD, the shutdown and start-up time is pretty quick, but it will take some transition time to not turn the computer off every time I delete something :-)For the price, I'd probably try to find another Vaio if I were to do it over again. Definitely would not purchase from the same company as they are awful to work with. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good all around laptop *by M***D on Reviewed in the United States on March 7, 2021* Should have read more of the specs. Lacks a lit keyboard, no ethernet port, DVD player or 10 key numerical keys. Otherwise a decent laptop for the money. I prefer AMD over Intel. It runs a little loud, but does not get too hot over time. Exhausts heat to the front as opposed to bottom so regular fans are no good. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent for Office Work *by V***. on Reviewed in the United States on March 3, 2020* It's a good lightweight laptop. The only issue I have is battery life. Even in battery saving mode, it won't last through a 6-hour shift with me. I use this for office/school work.
