They are very bright and reflective and received a lot of compliments on them at the music festival we went to. They do run very small like the reviews say. I was surprised that they are plastic, which makes them very hot. Would have preferred if they were made from light cotton or nylon. I was also hoping they would be a little baggier so I could more easily just slip them on over other pants. But, the main purpose was to be reflective when walking or riding my bike in the dark - they serve the purpose. The material and everything else was fine, its just the sizing. I am usually a size 9 so I got 8,10 but the sizing seems to be much smaller than it should. If you want to buy this, I suggest you go up two sizes. The bigger the better tbh.
