They fit GREAT!!! I was worried they would be too big, but the size stamp inside actually states: S/M. The over-shirt is very lightweight and flowy so doesn't stick to me and not too heavy. Under shirt/bra top padding is good for floor exercises and does help even out shape. I liked it enough to buy a second one. What I don't like is the neckline/shoulder straps as I wish it were wider/more square as this one is more a pointed oval and visually it narrows the upper body and the back comes up a little high.
