The heads size choices go down to 1”. Recommend 2 polishers for serious detailers, even hobbyists like me. A 5”-8” Dual Action for large flat areas and this one. It can do big areas, just takes more passes so if you only but one, this should be it. Perfectly balanced and solid, easy to control speed, no hopping with centered prep’d pad using 4” down to 1”. Easy logical controls, long cord, it’s ideal in every way and inexpensive. No need to spend over $100 for name brand or hundreds more unless you must go cordless (pricey, get spare battery).
