And also a charging case which has a European plug. The toothbrush comes as fully charged, which is fortunate as it takes a while to charge fully. However, the battery life lasts very long. On the toothbrush itself, there are 4 modes, I usually stick with clean mode, however, if I ever have sensitive teeth I use soft mode. Whiten provides a deep clean of the teeth and gives them a polished feel, and massage soothes your gums. Occasionally, the toothbrush stops for about 2-3 seconds, however, starts back up. Another negative is that you have to press the lower button mid-use to change the brushing mode, but it hasn't really been an issue.
