The problem is that it was an open box returned item, NOT a new product. The usb cable was not in the box. The serial number on the bottom of the pedal was partially damaged and unreadable, I assume by the removal of velcro from the pedal. I have tested the pedal as best that I can (Looper Novice) and it appears to function normally, so far I plan on keeping it. I would have given 5 stars for the speedy delivery, a new product with all parts and no damage to serial number. On other pedals I have the manufacture claims that the warranty is void if the serial number is removed or unreadable from the bottom of the pedal.
