The delay was far too late for our needs. The refund was very quick and communication excellent, so I suggest you ask the company. In fact the only adjustment I could find was with or without the wheels. My wife being 5ft 3 inches tall is unable get on at the top height of 19 and a half inches and at the same time is unable to get off at 15 and a half inches.
