I was attracted to sun protection feature, and how easy the material would be to care for. The pattern is really nice, too! One thing I did not like was that the front and back are cut exactly the same. I have sewn many pairs of pants, and have never found a pattern that did not have a slightly larger back panel on each pant leg to accommodate one's backside. As a result, the front of the pant fits great -- but the back tends to ride down at the waist just a bit. I returned my original order and sized up to minimize the "ride down". ( I am not a large person - 5'3", 120 lbs, and wear a size 6/8 pant. I first ordered a Large, and returned it to purchase an XL. The XL fits just a little looser, but is better in length up my backside. The material is swimsuit material and does stretch.)
