The bag is light weight and comfortable to carry. It has plenty of pockets and a zip pocket for your phone. The straw from the bladder pack to me personally is a little bit too long and I struggle to position it while I’m running but works great when needed. In fact it's better, in my opinion, than an 'Ultimate Direction' running backpack that I bought at the same time for 5x the price. It's more adjustable than an Ultimate Direction pack, and there's more air circulation at the sides of the body. The side and front straps are adjustable so you can have the shoulder straps anywhere you want. It is comfortable for a woman (because the shoulder straps fit comfortably around the outside edges of the breasts) as well as a man. It fits a wide range of sizes. I'm a size 10 - 12 woman and it fits me comfortably, but would also fit a much smaller and larger person than I. The sides have straps as opposed to being a full 'vest' shape, so there's more air circulating. The phone pocket fits a small or large iPhone.
