Do not buy a size bigger than what will fit in your washing machine. While I did like the original design and colors - this rug is *impossible to vacuum* because the loose knots and bits of material that stick up get sucked into the vacuum. Within a few months there were pieces of material coming loose & sticking up everywhere - just from normal traffic (and we don't even wear shoes in the living room). I put sliders on all the furniture and pieces still get pulled on a regular basis. It already looks horrible, used, and ratty. If you spill or need to scrub a spot - forget it. The thick weave sucks it right up and you can't get it out. Very sorry I purchased this. The colors range from cream to khaki, with a few of the stripe leaning towards the peach/beige side.I'd easily give it 5 stars but the rug I received has a few stains on it.
