Did some research and found this part as a possible culprit. Took a $30 gamble and it paid off. Freezer is back up and running and has been for a few hours now. Our technician is still coming but for $30 this is a great way to preserve your food until a professional can be scheduled out to your home.When I finished the install and powered it on, initially nothing happened.
