We've had the chair for 10 months - love it. Everything my son wanted in a gaming chair. He love the back massager. Then the wheelbase broke. It comes with a basic 12 month warranty from Gank. Contacted WX Cool and they got it replaced for us for immediately. Great chair, great support. Would buy it again.

Excellent chair but one side came broken and it is difficult to get in touch with the actual company.

It’s a gift for hubby and he loves it!! The headrest and lumber cushion gives a wonderful job in maintaining comfort while you’re playing for a long hours...My husband is 6’3” a little over 200 lbs. and it really fits well..All I can say is, I made my man happy❤️!!.I highly recommend this chair

Loved the look and comfortable but less than 4 months in use and not on a daily basis, the seat started ripping and the pillow/head rest burst open because the zipper just popped open and broke apart.

Love this chair

This chair feels heavy and sturdy. The lumbar pad is too low, other than that its fine. Like the foot rest you can just pull out if needed. My sons chair and he is 12 and does not have the weight to bring the chair lower, he uses his bar bells to gain the extra few pounds to get the chair to go lower. Good chair so far.

Apparently the glue used to hold the armrest to the armrest holder sucks. The armrest came apart while putting it together.

Did a two star because the chair is nice HOWEVER came with a clip broken and a busted seam. I’m not happy with the purchase. It was expensive to be falling apart. The leg rest just slips out of place easy as well, no locking mechanism.

Very good chair for money. USB vibration cushion is a bit useless because vibration intensity cannot be changed and cable can get tangled or inadvertently pulled, breaking USB socket
