A: No. I take these regularly and hasn’t affected weight.

A: Not sure, label does not say but in general, gelatin is from beef.  Cows hooves, to be specific.

**Q: is it kosher?**
A: Not kosher no symbol that indicates it’s kosher...so No

**Q: What is the gelatin used here made from ?**
A: Not really sure but it’s Not vegan..if that’s what you’re looking for
