Seems to really help with the overproduction of testosterone due to PCOS. I’m taking a lot of stuff to try to support my hormones, I’ve been off birth control for close to 6 years. I ended up pregnant after taking this with no “accidents” for 6 years. So 1. This obviously does something 2. Be careful if you aren’t “trying” (edit and update: I have had 2 miscarriages now, so I think this is helping me get pregnant but I think something is still going on where I can’t sustain the pregnancy. I’m doing the Dutch hormone test soon to do some more checks. My suspicion is I’m still not producing enough progesterone.
