They can easily fit in any maternity pad and are non irritating and soft on skin. I had a normal delivery and this was easy to wear and did not run against my stiches or skin. Held the maternity pad quite comfortably and from second day onwards there was minimal leak. Order the combo pack as those many are needed for the heavy flow days. Order a size extra if in doubt as they are elastic and fit pretty well even if larger in size. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very comfortable and useful during postpartum *by M***B on 14 February 2022* This pad fixator turned out to be really very useful to me. At first I purchased it just as a trial. Later, ordered it twice. It's a must have during your postpartum period. Very comfortable, material is breathable, so good enough if you have stitches. I used newmom maternity pads along with this.
