It doesn't take a lot and I love the smell. It smells a little like coconut but not overly so. I have also tried the Style setter, also great! It does cause more shrinkage but I put my hair in a bun on top of my head to stretch it out and it's fine when I take it down (usually the next day). I will be trying the leave in conditioner soon. I don't think it's necessary to use BOTH the leave in and style setter. They both condition the hair. I just want to try it since the other items in the line are sooo good. I'll try to remember to do an updated review after I've tried the leave in. But, if you are looking for a good deep conditioner this should do.
