We have a number of this type of wire rack, and this one is a good example. The wheels in particular are heavy and study -- unfortunately they added too much height for the porch roof, and we had to remove them, but the rack comes with adjustable leveling feet as well and those worked well.The black coating appears to be powder-coat and has held up perfectly. It looks great has the added advantage of looking a bit cleaner in a dirty environment. The shelves are as strong as the best of these we've used, and haven't flexed under any load.It shipped faster than advertised, and arrived with all the necessary pieces. One shelf had one small bend in a wire along the edge, but it can't be seen up high and was not significant enough to affect its utility and we did not see a need to complain -- these are warehouse itemsNote this is a big, tall piece so make sure you have room for it.
