I have walked on the treadmill and I have done everything from squats to leg press and leg extensions in them and they are wonderful! I also do customer service for a very large gym, helping gym members behind the counter and these are the best shoes to wear when standing for long hours. Otomix shoes are the best!

I work out AND I work at a gym so I wear these all the time! People have commented on my Otomix shoes and asked me where I got them.
