If you are very active - especially in the heat - these are wonderful! Keeps the 'charlie horses' (muscle cramps) away. And if you haven't taken them ahead of time, they help relieve cramps fast. Originally used the oral (swallow) salt sticks. Love the chewable, we always have them in the car, too. Love the peach and watermelon flavors.
