### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing for neck traction!

Ok, so over the arm, as it’s supposed to be used it meh. It’s very small and rather hard and you end up with your arm pointed straight over your head for it to work. Not ideal.BUT using it in the arched position, as kinda a bridge under my neck from my shoulders to my skull, while laying on my back, has been literally life changing!I don’t sleep on this pillow. It’s too hard for that. But when I got to bed and want to read or play word games or whatever for an hour before I sleep, I pull this pillow out and put it under my neck while I lay in my back. And it gives this really nice stretching kind of traction pull on my neck and upper shoulders.Using the pillow this way has significantly reduced my neck joint pain, it’s reduced my chiropractor visits, it’s reduced my muscle spasm induced headaches, and it’s just absolutely amazing how much this little pillow has done for me.I have hyper mobile joints and so having a pillow that can help actually put my neck joints back in place is just heaven.None of the pictures show the pillow being used in this position so I’ll have to see if I can add a picture later, but seriously, if you have neck problems that applying a stretch from your shoulders to your skull might help, give this pillow a try.Again, it’s not soft, it’s not great to sleep on, and it’s rather small. But this thing has made my quality of life sooo much better.

It’s nice for when your arm really hurts from pressure but after awhile you feel the metal plate that’s inside the pillow. Provides some relief.
