It was whipped, it had a gentle smell and it really helped lay a base for my future path of removing my stretch marks. When I initially purchased this product i was very weary, All the reviews were very similar but I didn't want to fall into the expectations of others opinions but i got very similar results.My stretch marks slowly and slightly faded, it was a dramatic effect but when i paired it with a almond oil mixture, it sped the process up.I still am working on the fight of lightening my stretch marks. I got away with minimal stretch marks throughout my pregnancy until the very end. Then I got some deep and bright red stretch marks on my lower stomach area due to my son getting real big at the end (he was 8 lbs 12 oz at birth). My belly stretched way too fast and then he was born so it went back down too quickly as well.I've been using this cream every day to every other day and the appearance of these stretch marks are seeing much improvement. First of all, they're not as deep anymore and they aren't very red. Little by little they're fading away. Now, for my stretch marks on my hips that aren't deep but bright red, this cream doesn't seem to be doing much except for keep the area moisturized. I also started to notice some stretch marks on my boobs from breastfeeding. I started applying the cream to the area and it seems to have stopped them from getting worse, is preventing new ones from forming, and is fading the existing ones.As for the cream itself, I like the coconut mango smell. It's not too strong and overpowering. When applying the cream, it's a bit thick. I tend to try to spread it as much as possible then leave it alone despite still being able to see the cream. After a couple of minutes my body absorbs it all. Oddly enough I got no stretch marks on my stomach. Instead I got them on the back of my legs in the upper thigh area. It doesn't completely erase the stretch marks but they are now very slight and faded especially compared to what they were in the beginning.I also tried using this on stretch marks I got as a kid as a side effect to hydrocortisone cream, and sadly it didn't work. I think it didn't work on those though because they are very severe and well over 15 years old. If, however, you just had a baby and the stretch marks are new and fresh, apply this cream and it should do the trick!It's very moisturizing, thick, and soothing.
