There's no way to keep it from riding up your chest, especially if you have a radio on it, and especially if you're actually working and moving fast. There just aren't a ton of options out there, and this one works ok. It's not the best fitting, best functioning, or most well thought out design, but I was going on tour and in need of a vest for a walkie and a few other important things I had to have on hand while still being 'hands-free'. Like I said, for what it is it's functional, it's just not the most comfortable or well designed chest vest out there. I'm giving it 4 stars simply because it exists and functions, I just wish there were designers that had better gear like this available.
