Clear instructions below. Spore testing to follow. *by H***H on Reviewed in the United States on May 28, 2020* I purchased this unit on eBay before seeing it on Amazon. It was the same price. While the instructions were hard to follow (written by someone with a different first language than me) the system worked well.Instructions:1. Fill the inside of the unit under the trays with 800mL water.2. Close the door, and tighten the door lock clockwise.3. Plug the unit in, it is 900 W so make sure nothing else is pulling power from that circuit or it could blow a fuse.4. Attach the small plastic tube (with filter at the end) to the back port of the unit (called #6 Steam outlet in the manual). This is next to the small relief valve (#7) that has the little ring attached to it. Put the tube into the container you used to fill the 800mL of water nearby. This will vent steam and some water out of the unit while it is operating.5. Make sure the Valve on the lower left side of the unit on the front is turned to Closed before operation. This closes the water outflow to the back #6 steam outlet.6. Turn the Timer knob on the front lower right of the unit to the 121 mark to start the run. Wait for this time to run the entire cycle, about 30-40 mins. The unit heats up, and starts sterilizing.7. Once the timer dings, you can leave the unit to cool on its own (once the pressure drops to zero), or you can open the Valve on the lower left side of the unit a bit to allow the steam and water to escape from the plastic tube into your container to speed up the process.8. Once the pressure shows zero on the pressure valve (dial in the middle on the door), then the unit is safe to open.Folks overseas are making products that give us a chance to bring healthcare costs down, we might want to keep that in mind and try to be patient when we can't understand how things work that are provided to us at 10x or 100x lower costs! If I could give no stars I would. Buyer beware. The item only worked once, we have contacted the seller for refund, they want us to pay for return shipping, we contact amazon and have yet to receive our refund or any resolution. Other concerns, it does not have a water reservoir, you must put in water in chamber, no cleaning instructions, manual is horrible, and it discharges hot steam while it runs (now it only worked for one cycle), but this is a Major BURNING hazard. This is not a safe device for your staff or patients.
