He absolutely loved it. He wore it everywhere. However, after its 3rd battery replacement, the wood casing (housing) around the back broke and it could not be replaced. It was time to get another one... This one lasted 2 days! I contacted the seller, and was told it was a manufacturing flaw, and that it would be covered by the warranty. So, I contacted the BeWell company. Not once, but almost a dozen times. All without a single response back.
