I used the product in my coffee ( 1 scoop) twice, the second day my blood pressure went thru the roof and I spent most of the day in the bathroom. If you have issues with your blood pressure check with your doctor. My doctor was not familiar withit. This would be great labeled as a cleanse. I've tried 1 tsp. of it in coffee - it did not dissolve so I got a taste of the powder. Once you taste it, it takes a lot to get it out of your mouth. Today I tried it in my scrambled eggs with green onions & sausage as I thought the taste would be hidden. Wrong. This powder just doesn't dissolve so you will always taste it. I wish I could tolerate this taste but I just cant.
