I never tried this brand before but it's one of the few available online now. While they're not as airy as the ones I'm used to, it does pack a punch with its density, flavor and price. I am kind of addicted to the vegan cheese now and have to eat a bag daily. I have GI issues but this doesn't upset my GI tract at all. I'm a fan of that flavor and the cocoa but some of the cocoa ones in the mixed variety were stale.The plain is just gross so I top it with olive oil, salt, and vegan deactivated yeast flakes. They need to do something better with this one because it's not really edible as is.
