The ceramic finish on these pans is free of PTFE and PFO (commonly called Teflon) as well as heavy metals. I've had mine for about 2 months and love them! **Q: Works with electric stoves?** A: I have the sauce pans an 8 and 12 in skillets and use an older electric stove and all of these pieces work wonderfully. I was originally worried the older burners would scratch the bottom surface but I've not had any problems with scratchers in or out. They heat well and maintain even if I turn down a !little to stop any possible boil over. Have the turquoise blue and just love the qua!ity and weight of these pieces! **Q: Is this product teflon polytetrafluoroethylene (ptfe) free?** A: To my knowledge, yes it is. **Q: Do you carry red sauce pans with white interiors that work on induction ranges?** A: If the cookware you are referring to is made by Greenlife, it’s not the exterior color or ceramic non-stick interior coating that will tell you if it can used on Induction appliances.
