Every year I have the same problem with how I am going to flip the 22 plus pound turkey to better cook the under side of the turkey after it has been in the oven over 4 hours. WOW this was the first year I was able to just grab the whole turkey from both ends pick it up and just flip the turkey. I felt no heat except when it got a little bit wet from the juices BUT barely felt it and my hands stayed dry.
