Provide your own IEM earbuds because the included ones are obviously as cheap as possible. Usable though, if better has to wait. The antenna on one receiver has already fallen off, but I haven't noticed a dip in its performance, thankfully. I'll chalk that one up as a PLUS instead of a minus for durability. My biggest and only 2 real complaints with this system are the battery life (about 3-1/2hrs) and the volume/peaking issue that seems WAY too sensitive. I ended up having to buy an additional battery amp to tape onto the performer's receiver, because the volume isn't loud enough on its own. When you get the volume loud enough, the transmitter will peak and it cuts-out the audio completely, which is very distracting for the performer. So it's a CONSTANT balance issue that I have to fight in EVERY venue as no settings transfer to every venue the same, nor are their similar ones. They're ALWAYS completely different. But as far as audio quality goes, I've ran these to some powered speakers several hundred feet away and there was 0 drop-out and NO noticeable lag! That was cool!
