Assembly was actually very easy, but at first I couldn't figure out how to remove the Juice Screening Net (Middle portion where the fruits are masticated). I even tried YouTube to see if there are any instructional videos. However, after many tries, I finally figured it out. You just have to twist the Spiral Propellor which sits in the middle of the screening net. Twist until it comes out.on my first try, I juiced 2 medium carrots and a small apple. WOW!!! it was sooo good and fresh! The ground up skins were not completely dry - rather moist. But that's ok b/c the machine did what I wanted it to do. I got about 3-4 ounces of juice from that. The pulp poops out the side like a well fed dog, and because of easy takedown, is simple to clean up.The included brush makes this unit very easy to clean.....HOWEVER.... 5 days in and it stopped working. The motor stopped and would not go again. Had to return it. Too bad.
