After a month of talking with the vendors mechanics to try many different things to get it started in the first place, I ended up taking it to a shop (which cost me hundreds). There were so many dangerous issues. He had to reroute throttle cable, reroute cable harness, reroute ground tree harness (all three needing rerouted were for my sons safety). He also needed to adjust the chain (was very loose), rear brake was about to fall off, rear wheel was bent and out of alignment, fuel tank was rusted and clogged, petcock was clogged, and shock was not attached. All in all this is not a well assembled bike. It would have been dangerous and impossible for me to fix myself.
