It didn’t exceed my expectations though. The steam works BUT I feel like I have to place a towel over my head and over top of the steamer to get anything out of it. That way, it works great. I've been using this steamer for several weeks and am delighted with the results. My pores are much "cleaner," meaning that there are fewer and fewer whiteheads every week. I use it 2-3 times per week and add a couple of drops of the Eucalyptus Oil that came with it; ten minutes later, I can remove more whiteheads than the last time. It also makes my skin silky smooth. Just one warning - don't add more than 2-3 drops of the oil or you won't be able to breathe with too much of a concentration.
