I haven't actually used them yet, but I can see that, due to their thickness, they are going to be great and will protect my table-top. I also expect them to be easy to clean; a short soak in soapy water (if necessary) and then a rinse, and they're all ready to put away. I actually wish I could place them on the kitchen wall for storage because they're really pretty, but I have a very small kitchen in my apartment and not much wall space at all in the kitchen.

These are so pretty. Serving dishes, pots and pans, casserole dishes all work well with these. They protect your counter or table from the heat and look nice doing it. I used to just use potholders, but mine always get stained and/or little burn marks - not attractive for serving food. Dishes/pans don't slide around on these trivets and the trivets don't slide around on the table/counter.
