Great quality: I can use it on my super thick hair if I have to, and it does a great job at not snagging tangles in my daughters fine hair. My daughter loves this brush and I'll find her in the bathroom brushing her hair, singing the song of course :) Also, in play one time my daughter threw this off of the upstairs onto the downstairs tile. The brush just bounced, and besides my daughter having a timeout, there was no harm done.

Bought the gold brush first and then HAD to get this one for Grandma's house.
