Start up is slow, online activity is slow, opening new tabs and clicking around on websites is nothing short of exasperating watching the circle turn around and around, and the fan runs loud most of the time the computer is on. Amazon WOULD NOT HELP ME even though we bought a 4 year warranty!!! They referred me to Lenovo for the manufacture's warranty. After over 5 phone calls to Lenovo customer service and hours and hours and hours of my time, they finally agreed to take my computer in for servicing. I'm not sure what they did to correct the operating issues, but it WAS NOT EFFECTIVE, and they NEVER EVEN ADDRESSED the loud fan issue nor was the fan on the service sheet. Upon calling them about it, they informed me I SHOULD TAKE IT TO GET IT SERVICED AT A LOCAL DEALER AND PAY FOR IT MYSELF!!! They also told me the person who could fix the fan was not available for 6 WEEKS!!
