I'm hoping this will loosen up with use. I do like the location of the control of settings because I cannot accidentally change it or turn it off while in use. The motor is excessively loud, especially the highest setting. I did not notice any decrease in drying time like advertised. I didn't necessarily find any improvement of my style using this dryer instead of a dryer and a brush separately.
