Nice concave - I picked this up while it was on sale for my 9 year old daughter. She's taken a shining to skating after watching her father. This is a sweet board. Nice concave, a big ole kick tail, and soft bushings make this board very maneuverable. The kick tail also offers more advanced riders the ability to throw down some tricks and Ollie over obstacles. The wheels are big and softer than street wheels which allows them to absorb vibration and roll over small debris like pebbles and twigs. The trucks are M-L (mini-logo). Don't let the generic name fool you. These are quality trucks made without gimmicks and flashy advertising by Powell/Peralta. The trucks are mounted with some thick risers to deter wheel bite. The board is very sturdy and should be appropriate for many ages and sizes. This would be a good college cruiser compared to some other cruisers because of its compact size. It's a few inches shorter than the average street board and about the same width. I don't consider the graphics or the paint colors overly feminine.
