They’re yummy and a family favourite. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good cupboard staple *by O***O on 9 August 2023* I have bought this tortellini several times. The first time I cooked it for the specified 11 minutes but found it a bit hard and gritty and not very pleasant. The next few times I cooked for between 15-20 minutes instead and turned out delicious when served with a pasta sauce and grated Parmesan. I think as with any dehydrated product you need to ensure it is cooked sufficiently in boiling water to enable it to rehydrate.
