**Q: I want the old formula, it was perfect, the cell u plex was the best shampoo for thinning hair. Why would the company repackage and up the price?**
A: We partnered with a trichologist and an Ayurvedic chemist to re-formulate the Thicker Fuller Hair regimen. Our goal was to develop a trichology-backed, naturally-derived solution to thin and thinning hair.  This is a completely new formula product with natural ingredients.  We have discontinued prior versions of the product.

**Q: Does this product promote hair growth?**
A: Promotes thicker hair not so much growth.

**Q: Is it really necessary to use the entire product line?  i don't blow my hair dry or use curling irons, etc.  just let it air dry and go.**
A: I just use the shampoo. I blow-dry my hair but I put Pantene moose in my hair. I just like the shampoo. Seems to help thicken my hair.

**Q: What is the pH level?**
A: Terrible product for the price. Didn’t see any of the qualities
they advertised by using this product.

This shampoo is great, I noticed my hair has improved a lot since I started using it.  It leaves the hair soft and  with a great aroma.  Love it!

Found this when trying out several thickening products as I got older.  Using the shampoo , conditioner plus the thickening serum has been great. Several of my favorites were no longer available.  I circulate my systems, from Big Sexy, Biotin, Matrix and this and I can say my best hair days are when I use Thicker Fuller. I have tried, Its a 10, but find many products wreck your hair in order to give it volume.  I buy in big quantities, because I am afraid it will no longer be available.
