My issue with it is the horrible microphone quality. As someone who is in public spaces a lot, I use earbuds for phone calls often, so I was really disappointed in these. The person on the other end can either barely hear me or gets static. They saw my review and reached out. Good customer service is everything for me and I’m glad I had a chance to talk with them.Unless my dictionary has failed me, these are NOT noise-cancelling headphones. I bought these to help with my reading for school, as I’m easily distracted and I read slowly. Thought these would ‘cancel’ background noise and they do not.Purchase if you don’t need the noise-cancelling feature. Look at another product if you need the noise-canceling feature. They don't do a great job at blocking outside noises. I sometimes use protective ear wear over these if I am mowing to help block other noise. They work pretty good when wearing a helmet as they don't come out easily.
