We didn’t have any trouble staying dry with these ponchos. The cinched sleeves were great, and the plastic was very sturdy. I noticed a lot of other people at the park with very flimsy, probably dollar store ponchos that were torn and draped over their shoulders instead of having actual sleeves like these ones. The size was great and fit my brother who is 6’4” and a size 2xl.
