I bought this a couple months ago. It has slowly stopped the growth and darkness of the hair. it comes with a razor but if you don't usually shave that area I recommend you don't, instead pluck or epilate the area. I use an epilator and when I tried to use the razor to smooth it out for the zapper it seems to have made it harder for the zapper to work because when you shave hair gets thicker so it slowed down, the slowing of the growth. level 5 is a strong zap don't use that level for sensitive areas that are raw or cut badly it will sting. instructions are ok, not great.I would however recommend especially for light hair areas I used it at least a week ago on my arms and only patches are growing back.

It really did nothing for me and on top of it it the zaps inbetween were long and the noise it made is fairly loud. I saw zero results. Very disappointing.

I’ve used it a few times now, it does not do what it claims. Unfortunately it can’t be returned and you don’t know if it really works until you use it a few times based on how long you have to use it to see a difference.

I have been using this product for 3 months every other day for my facial hair and I notice some difference after 3-4 weeks of use. Hairs become thinner and lighter. But as soon as you stop hair grows back like crazy.

Bought with some hope to test. Result: Extremely disappointed!DO NOT BUY! It was waste of money!!!

Don’t buy this. Waste of money

My device stopped flashing after 10 months with 330 000 flashes still left. I have taken great care of my device. I am based in South Africa, how do I get this repaired as it is still under warranty?
