Do your dogs like it?** A: Yes it has a fish taste and most dogs like it. You put it right in their food **Q: Hi, how many servings are in a bottle both the pump and the pills?** A: Never bought the pills. Honestly, I don't know how many are in the pump. We had one dog, medium sized, who only needed a couple of pumps per day. It lasted several months. We really liked it and never had any issues with messy pumps, or upset tummys. We only changed to something else, because our dog had surgery and needed other supplements with higher amounts of hyaluronic acid in it. **Q: I cannot get the pump to work. It has a spiral of plastic between the nozzle and the bottle. Cannot remove and pump won't work. Any suggestions?** A: I've not loved the packaging, either old or new, and more often than not there's a leak in the product when I get it. They're great about sending a replacement, but it's quite the pain. I've taken to transferring the product to a bottle with a dropper in it, and dispensing the product from there. I lost my mastiff recently but I was giving her two a full droppers full with every meal. Now that it's just the littles (7lbs-20lbs), and the kitties, I dispense in drops. Hope that helps! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don't Look Any Further - This + GlycanAid Is The Stuff of Miracles *by T***I on October 17, 2018* (At the time of writing this review, I have gone through almost a complete bottle of this supplement and it's partner supplement - GlycanAid and have just re-ordered both. These were purchased to help with joint pain and weakness caused by arthritis.)OVERVIEWI cannot possibly explain just how thankful I am for these two products. Over the course of about 2 years, I have been through SO many joint supplements for Kobi, my 16 year-old Cockapoo with arthritis and joint weakness, and none of them were ever able to completely relieve his pain/discomfort. He would regularly limp, wobble, get visibly stiff whenever he laid down for a bit and had to get up, and began losing his footing occasionally and would fall over. Even being on other supplements, all of this would happen and it would break my heart. Despite the numerous good reviews for many of the products I tried, none of them worked for him. I had gotten to the point where I felt defeated and like there was no way to completely alleviate his pain and stop the limping. I thought that his arthritis was too severe for supplements to be able to assist with since I had tried so many and to no avail.In my most recent attempt, after scouring for hours (once again) for a new supplement without a bunch of chemicals, I came across an article about TopDog's GlycanAid. It sounded promising (but then again, don't they all?), so I figured it was worth a shot. The man who formulated these is a vet, so his knowledge and experience has to mean something, right? If it works for Kobi, it would be worth it a hundred times over. In the article, they had also mentioned another supplement that is recommended to be used in conjunction with the GycanAid to further help the relief (also made by TopDog): Flexerna. Just this pump bottle alone is $40, so I was extremely hesitant to buy it on top of this supplement, but man, I had tried everything else in the book and nothing worked, so I was desperate to find something, and if that meant spending $80 on the two supplements, then so be it. So I took the plunge and ordered them both.Once it came in, I followed the dosage instructions on both and within 2 weeks maybe (I can't remember the exact time frame), I began seeing a difference. An incredible difference. Kobi does not limp anymore. He's not stiff anymore. He doesn't lose his footing and fall anymore. Nothing. I honestly cannot believe how well these two supplements work - it genuinely makes me emotional. I am so, so happy that my pup is so much more comfortable, mobile, and is significantly more pain-free. After all of my trial and error, I didn't think anything could help. Before this product he was having issues with getting up and around, clicking noises, didn’t have much desire to go outside and play, didn’t really want to do anything. We are now on our second bottle and he is like a new dog. He has energy and desire to go outside and play, and the best part his hips don’t seem to be an issue anymore. No more clicking, no more taking him awhile with much struggle to get up and walk, no more lethargic dog in pain. I will keep him on this forever, great product! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Makes my dog's allergy symptoms vanish *by G***R on September 8, 2017* Funny reading that some dogs wouldn't eat their food with this on it. When we finished our first bottle, one of my dogs wouldn't eat his food without it! I would give this five stars, because it's an awesome product (more on that in a sec) but it is terribly expensive for multi-dog situations.I originally bought this for my little hound who was recovering from cruciate surgery. I don't know if it's helped her, but it has helped my other dog enormously. He had scurf issues, gunky eyes, and allergies that affected his feet. This stuff made all of that go away like magic. I realized after he was on this for a couple of weeks that I had not wiped goo out of his eyes for ages, instead of every morning as I had done for years. I guess this helps with allergies. My ACL dog is also doing well. I think it may help her flexibility a bit. I'm not sure.
