Mine is approximately 7x5x4 . The weight depends on how many "heaters" you take. Empty weighs 12.6 oz and heaters are 2oz each. Excellent item for heating water, and reheating those canned goods stored in the pantry. Simply open pouch, remove heating pod and place it into the bottom of the plastic container, use the pouch to measure proper amount of water, place metal container into the plastic container, add whatever you need to heat, put on cover and wait a few minutes. No flames, no gas. The container does get hot, so I recommend placing it on a silicone mat, or something that can withstand some heat, and use oven mitts or similar. Easy to use, takes barely any room to store, and it's easy to order the heating pods.
