Even putting this top on, you could feel the difference, after a couple of minutes my body was sweating and I hadn't even started working out. What is really nice about this top is the neoprene isn't too thick and the panels under the arm pits are material so there's no sogginess. It's really comfortable to wear too, normally neoprene can be a little scratchy when worn against the skin but this is really quite soft. Ideal for the cold weather as it takes the body heat and amplifies this which makes sweating quick and easy for those workouts where you really want to work up a sweat and go hard.
